Operations Readiness
This checklist keeps the published site measurable after the local release gate passes. It separates local quality from live verification, because real crawl, index, and engagement data only exists after the site is reachable.
Search and Crawl Checks
- Submit sitemap in Search Console after the production domain is verified.
- Check robots, sitemap count of 200 indexable URLs, canonical URL, noindex pages, and representative rendered pages.
- Review indexing status for the home page, calculators, hubs, and highest-value detail pages.
Measurement and Error Checks
- Confirm analytics only after the privacy and data-use text matches the chosen tool.
- Monitor 404, 500, slow pages, missing metadata, and unexpected noindex behavior.
- Review calculator interactions and next-link clicks to find pages that need clearer next steps.
Production Trust Preflight
- Configure the real production domain before Search Console submission, canonical verification, or live-ready claims.
- Configure a real production contact email or contact form before ad review, partner review, expert-review, or public correction workflows.
- Use
NEXT_PUBLIC_CONTACT_EMAILonly for a monitored mailbox. Do not publish a fake contact address to make the site look finished. - Keep review dates inside a rolling three-month window. If any URL ages out, re-review it before claiming production readiness.
7/14/30 Day URL Review Loop
This loop is for post-deployment evidence only. It does not claim indexing, rankings, CrUX field data, or live verification during a local-only goal.
Catch technical blockers and obviously mismatched first-screen answers without rewriting pages for low impressions alone.
- Search Console sitemap fetch status
- indexing coverage warnings
- tool-page impressions
- unexpected crawl or noindex behavior
Compare query wording with titles, meta descriptions, first-screen answers, and next-step links.
- query groups by page family
- impressions with weak click-through
- pages crawled but excluded
- calculator next-link signals if analytics is authorized
Open a URL-level failed-page queue for pages with repeated evidence of weak intent fit, thin answer, poor links, or risky query drift.
- top query clusters
- URLs with no impressions after successful crawl
- repeated weak signals by generator or family
- manual editorial queue rows
Failed-Page Queue Rules
A URL re-enters remediation only when evidence points to a root cause: wrong intent, thin answer, poor internal links, rendering defect, risky medical drift, or a repeated weak signal across a page family. The queue must return to remaining=0 before new public URL batches or live-ready claims.
Editorial Evidence Boundary
96 detail pages are in the line-edited human evidence set. 92 detail pages remain in the structured review evidence set: they still carry URL-level manual read evidence, natural link checks, and source mapping, but they are not described as human-edited. This is not medical review, doctor approval, clinician verification, or individualized nutrition advice.
Cluster Watchlist
TDEE and estimate clarity
Activity label, routine stability, hunger, energy, and two to four weeks of trend context.
Calorie deficit decisions
Hunger, energy, adherence, weekly averages, and whether the mild target was repeatable.
Protein and meal structure
Meal repeatability, fullness, comfort, budget, fiber, and any clinician-set protein limits.
Plateau and review before cutting
Trend length, data quality, water shifts, soreness, sleep, stress, restaurant meals, and tracking consistency.
Meal planning that survives the week
Prep time, groceries used, hunger, leftovers, restaurant friction, and whether the backup meal happened.
Safety and commercial pressure
Claim specificity, evidence quality, cost pressure, privacy, symptoms, medication context, and care limits.
Monetization Preflight
- No live ads, partner-link blocks, paid-placement labels, email capture, or conversion widgets are active in this local goal.
- Any future monetization must keep calculator output readable before ads, avoid intrusive overlays, and avoid back-button or history manipulation.
- Any paid or partner recommendation must be labeled before the link and must not be mixed into health guidance as if commercial rank were evidence.
Expert Reviewer Onboarding
FitBasis does not claim medical review, doctor approval, clinician verification, or expert-backed status in this local state. Those words stay blocked until the exact reviewer and URL evidence exists.
- Reviewer legal name and public credential
- Credential verification source and expiration or renewal date
- Exact scope reviewed: medical boundary, nutrition claims, calculator assumptions, or user-safety language
- Exact reviewed URLs and review date
- Required wording changes and unresolved exclusions
- Public disclosure text approved for the reviewed scope
Local Goal Boundary
No deployment, no production data, no online data/ changes, and no live-verified claim are part of this checklist. Deployment needs a separate authorization and environment confirmation.
